Aw man, there used to be a website where you could buy copies of the paper from the day you were born, but i cannot remember what it was. Any library in that city should have it archived, but i doubt will have any extra to sell. Maybe even the Paper its self has a digital copy and can print you one up. But i seriously doubt you will find an actual copy. Good Luck!

so my friend's birthday is coming up…
I live in northeast US n she lives in vancouver… I first wanted to buy her various things (including her favorite snacks) and mail it to her but then the sale's lady said that there are tons of rules n stuff in canada concerning foods being shipped there from outside… even if its from the US… so my gift idea kind of went out the window…
now I don't know what to buy her… its her 21st birthday… she's a good friend of mine n I don't have a spending budget… so any ideas are welcome…
Her last birthday I gave her a perfume (lalique)… silk scarf (hermes)… and tons of chocolate (specially hand made to order)…
keep in mind that I'll be buying it from the US… n if I'm going to buy it from canada… it would be either online or via phone… so plz recommend some stores that have these options…
oh n she has an expensive taste… n I can't go for anything like designer bags or whatever… cz she already has lots of those stuff… lolz…

I need some gift ideas for my gf's 21st birthday. We have been dating for a year and 3 months. She is allergic to alcohol so no alcohol gifts. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
The really great gift that you can give it to your girlfriend is jewelry. I just have my birthday and my boyfriend surprise me with earrings and necklace from Whitehall co. jewelers. It was so nice of him to do that the gift that he give me I wear it everyday and reminds me of him all the time. Good Luck!!!!!!

Okay first off, him being 21 isn't a big deal, he said he doesn't want to drink so NO DRINKING ideas. I would love to top him because he asked me to marry him on my last birthday.
He asked for video games on his wish list. He isn't excepting anything other than people being nice to him and getting a few small gifts. I'd really like to make it a wonderful day. So gift and plans ideas are really needed!!!!!!
Might I add I'm 24 weeks preg.
He already has an X360. I can't afford a hotel stay either. Y-Y
We got married Oct of this year. After he asked me in June of this year. So no, not that long. But we've been living together for over 2 years.
i cool idea would be to get him 20 small presents and then one big one!!! i really would like that.

She doesn’t drink so I’m trying to find something unique that doesn’t involve alcohol. Any ideas?
The point of big birthdays, like a 21st is to commemorate a milestone. So for birthdays like that, its usually about giving them something they can keep, to remember you and the event in the future.
I’m not sure how serious you guys are or if you are just dating and dont want to come off too strong, but something nice and simple like a bangle or a pair of earrings are nice, but it too depends on what she likes herself. You can get lots of things from jewellers that can be engraved, that is always appreciated and is a sweet thing to do. Dont be scared about going into a jeweller. There are many that are ridiculously expensive, but if you go to particularly chain jewellers, you can buy reasonably priced silver, gold and precious gems.
Other things you can buy are books, a jewellery box or a spa treatment certificate. If she is really hard to buy for, I find that I go to websites that do “gift experiences”, and you can get everything from a candle lit dinner cruise for two, to sky diving, chocolate making, dance classes, boat rides etc. Its not a usual gift, so people always appreciate it, and if you get one that is meant for 2 people, it will feel like her birthday has been extended when you two go out to do the activity. Not sure where you’re from so just google them & lots of companies should come up.
