Christmas dinner and stocking stuffers?

Hey!
I’m trying to figure out what to make for Christmas dinner. We are sick of turkey and ham so thats not a choice. Something that I don’t have to do a lot of preparation with would be nice. Maybe a beef roast or chicken……Oh and I also need some ideas for stocking stuffers and some good cookie recipes.
stocking stuffer ideas:
chapstick or lip balm
slippers or socks
candy or snacks
books
magazines
crossword puzzles
mini games like the rubiks cube
lotions
perfumes/colognes
candles
Any gag gift ideas would be cute too. We have a sense of humor in this house…..or at least I hope so lol.
